When the boys are sick the girls will play

We find Ash, Misty and Tracey stopped of on a tiny little island so that Ash can train for The Orange League.
His training appears to consist of standing out on the rocks and watching the waves smash over them, telling Pikachu that they're on such a hot streak that they're practically on fire.
The ocean, not liking the sound of that, decides to cool Ash and Pikachu off by drenching them with water.
And if that wasn't the most telegraphed, see it coming from two miles away joke since every Full House episode ever, then... well.... then it wasn't.
The others are busy as well, Tracey is hunkered down before a large Vileplume, his hands busy at work in front of him as he.... GETCHA MIND OUTTA DA GUTTA!
He's drawing it, marvelling at the huge size of it's petals and so-forth, which, when coupled with his chubbiness is practically inviting mocking and humiliation.
Ah well, he deserves it.
Ash wanders up and asks Tracey if he'd like to help with his training, then trips, slams into Tracey's chubby self and knocks the two of them into Vileplume's hole..... oh come on people, grow up! before struggling to get out, irritating the hell out of Vileplume, which attempts to blast them with it's Stun Spore, which can't get out of course and just blasts them with an undiluted, solid whack of Stun Spore.
Pikachu instantly rushes off for Misty, whether for help or just so they can laugh together, we're not sure.
Whatever the case, it finds Misty, Togepi and Psyduck and tries to tell them what happened, unfortunately Misty doesn't shares Ash's talent for understanding Pikachu and doesn't get it until Ash and Tracey stagger over, begging for help.
They're frozen in place, only just able to stagger over to her before collapsing to the ground, she gasps and decides the only thing she can do is carry Ash and the extremely heavy Tracey to the cabin she must have built in her spare time, as no one else appears to be living in it.
Once they're in their sleeping bags she goes through her bag in the hopes of finding a Stun Spore Antidote, but all they've got left is band-aids. As she does this Togepi laughs maniacally, dancing happily about in joy at the suffering of others.
Misty decides to go to the nearest Pokemon Centre to grab some of the antidote, but to her shock discovers that it's 30 miles away... on another island!
She wonders aloud that it might be possible to find another way to cure them. Pikachu figures the best way to do this would be to blast the living hell out of Ash.
Sounds good to us, but Misty thinks better of it and pulls it up and out of the way.
"Misty!" moans Ash.
"I'm here, Ash," she replies heartfully, feeling his forehead and mistakenly thinking he has a fever.
Silly girl, he's just hot for you.
She runs outside and wets some towels, lying them on Tracey and Ash's head, crawling around on all fours about them.
Wah-hell, what do you think about that!
Tracey calls for her next and she tells him to shut up.... or rather, she tells him nicely not to speak, which he ignores, telling her to get the pokedex.
She looks up Vileplume Antidote Info and discovers that it can be made by boiling the leaves of the Salpheo Weed, which can be found on clear lake bottoms wherever Vileplume leave, as well as Poliwhirl.
She calls for Togepi to come along and leaves Pikachu behind to watch Ash and Tracey, heading out to save the day.
But enough of young Misty for now, instead let's turn to a tree trunk out in the forest, from which we hear groans and moans and groans from two very familiar voices.
"Hurry up Meowth!" moans James of Team Rocket.
"Higher, higher, higher I almost got it.... I got it!" gasps Meowth.
Now now, before you all get too excited, it's just James helping Meowth to get an apple down from the tree. Meowth was on James' shoulder and has just managed to grab the fruit before they lose their balance and fall slamming into the ground and moaning in pain.
They come back to a small cabin where they find Jesse in a fever, wrapped in a blanket moaning. They've brought her an apple at her request, as she seems to think that it will help.
Jesse tells them she's got a terrible fever, but it does give her alabaster skin such a lovely crimson hue. She holds up a mirror and looks at her beautiful, fevered face, smiling and whispering weakly to herself,"Ahh yes, very beautiful."
Too true, too true.
They ask her why she wanted such a bright red apple to which she replies that, when she wakes from her fevered dreams she wants to see something with even redder skin than hers.
This drives Meowth mad, he can't believe they almost broke their necks so that she could just look at the apple. He's furious with her, in a rage that cannot be halted in any way.
But of course, Jesse is a woman and, being a woman, knows just how to manipulate men into doing what she wants. She quietly moans for Meowth not to yell as she's not well, but she'd feel better if she had a pint of Boysenberry Ice-cream.
Meowth is calmed somewhat, but still taken aback at her presumptiveness. James thinks she might have blown her slightly raised temperature all out of proportion, but Jesse replies that beautiful things are fragile and it could be that soon she is gone with the wind, just like the leaf she is watching through the window.
Of course, all that happened was that she sniffed a little Vileplume Stun Spore, or as Meowth puts it, stuck her nose where it didn't belong.
A quick flashback shows Jesse running happily through a fantastic field of fragrant flowers, leaping high and landing in a Vileplumes head, where she got stuck with Stun Spore.
It's rather an odd thing to see Jesse doing, being all girly and happy and all that. This is more the Jesse of RocketShipper's mentalitys, and, as we suspected, no good came out of it.
None.
James recalls that when he was just a tiny tot he once sniffed some stun spore and his dear Grand-Papa made a potion out of boiled Salpheo weed, which cured him right away.
What a lovely memory for the poor little rich kid, it's always nice to take a stroll down memory lane, because it tends to end with....
....getting kicked hard in the back of the head, Joe Pesci style, screaming at him about not taking his little trip down memory lane earlier as James curls up in the position he's most comfortable in.
No, not the fetal position, silly, on all fours with his ass in the air.
Make of it what you will.
Meowth and James stare at her in shock as she kicks and kicks at him, and when she realises that she's supposed to be on her Death-Bed, leaps back into her blanket and moans that she's so weezy.
Misty is looking for the stun spore in a river, meanwhile, bent right over while a surprised Togepi appears to be checking out her ass. She stands up and stretchs her back painfully, then she and the evil, evil and now maybe a little horny Togepi head off to look in other places.
It's at this point that we spot something rarely seen, James in bad clothing. He's bemoaning the costume he's been forced to wear, of course, thinking he looks like a clown.
And indeed he does, in baggy blue pants that stop above the ankles, a shirt made from a sack that gives him saggy breasts, a white handkerchief around his head and a reddish-brown nose on a wire wrapped around his head.
Meowth, wearing a brown sackcloth around his head, explains that they're going to look suspicious if seen in their Team Rocket costumes, so he swiped the costumes from the local costume shop.
"Couldn't you have stolen something a little more, flattering?" asks James, staring down at his saggy breasts.
These are not the breasts of a James, no, not at all, if James is to have breasts he'll have big, rounded ones which he shows off in skimpy little outfits.
It's just the way things are done.
"I'M A POKEMON! NOT A FASHION CONSULTANT!" screams Meowth, who has never understood Jesse and James obsession with clothes. It must be tough on him, spending all of his time with a couple of overly dramatic fashion plates.
And then a Poliwag emerges from the water, Salpheo weed on it's tail and a smile on it's face. James instantly calls out Victreebell, and after it spends a few moments chasing him and his saggy breasts about, it goes after Poliwag, which dodges away and fires it's watergun attack, which of course does nothing to hurt a plant-type Pokemon.
Victreebell shoots it's razor leaf attack, Poliwag managing to dodge away as Meowth loses his cool and goes after it himself, dropping his basket over it's head and holding it down.
So now that they have the weed which can save Jesse from the stun spore, James asks the question which is burning him up the most.
Can he put his Team Rocket Uniform back on? Meowth takes his attention away from Poliwag for a moment and that's all it needs to get free, leaping away and running into the bushes while Meowth is slammed back into James gut, knocking him over.
James lies on his back for a few moments, then sits up, holding Meowth in his lap in one of the dodgier looking images to be found in Pokemon.
"We got poliwhipped!" gasps Meowth in astonishment.
Misty is still looking for the weed herself (no not the good weed you get at your local tinny house, silly, Salpheo weed) but as yet she's had no luck.
She spots Poliwag, but before she can do anything Team Rocket appears, back in costume and pissed off something fierce. Meowth demands that Misty hand Poliwag over to them, and the fearful little thing shakes it head at her.
She tells them no which drives James mad, he has to get back to the cabin where the most important thing in the world to him lies waiting for his tender embrace.
His mirror.
They face off, Team Rocket thinking they can take her in a battle, they send out Victreebeel and she sends out Goldeen.
It uses razor leaf which Goldeen dodges by leaping into the river, where James tells Victreebell to follow.
Being a plant-type Pokemon, Victreebell will excel in the water and it makes to follow Goldeen in, which unfortunately was what Misty was waiting for.
As Victreebell leaps up, Goldeen leaps out, hitting the Plant Type with it's horn attack. It then uses it's fury tackle, bouncing Victreebell up and down until James oooo's in fright and calls for Victreebell to return.
Misty is excited by her victory, Goldeen leaps about happily, Poliwag laughs and Togepi roars with amusement over seeing another Pokemon so hideously abused.
Meowth is furious at a blushing James, wanting to know why he can't train Victreebell any better, thinking it looks like a punching bag out there.
James calls out Weezing and Misty calls out Staryu, which both use their respective tackle attacks several times, until Weezing uses smog attack. Staryu replies with it's double edge attack, blowing away the smoke blown by the nonexistent Pokemon, Weezing.
It flys up through to the source of the smog and smashes the not there Weezing away, blasting it off again.
Misty leaps around a background of hearts as Meowth leaps into the fray. To counter Meowth, Misty calls back Staryu and actually voluntarily chooses Psyduck!
Meowth hits the confused duck with it's scratch attack, then bites down over Psyduck's head and holds on tight, mouth around Psyduck's head as the confused fowl tries to figure out what's going on.
Misty wants it to get a nice big juicy headache, which it does, using it's confusion attack on Meowth, sending him spiralling away into James' stomach and smashing them through the ground, leaving a track in the dirt behind as Misty cries out happily to Psyduck.
"See what happens when you use your headache!" Meowth and James can't believe they were beaten, they lie there lamenting that usually they're beaten by the twerp, but now they're getting beaten by his friends!
All that pales, though, before the image we are presented with of James with his face in the dirt, body at a 45 degree angle, legs spread around Meowth's side as the scratch cat lies draped over his ass.
Again, make of it what you will.
Meowth knows that they can't go back to the cabin without the weed, because if they do Jesse will be sick... of them! while James laments that kids these days should be interested in something more than Pokemon.
Plot device, valid social commentary, attempt at self-destruction of the Pokemon Phenomenon or just a throwaway line?
Who gives a damn! Whatever it is, it gives Meowth a good idea.
Misty, meanwhile, is applying some Pokemon Cream to Poliwag to fix it off the injuries it received during it's fight/flight and to thank her it rubs it's wet, clammy face against her calf.
Wow, thanks.
Togepi is happy to and laughs, but not because Poliwag's tail is tickling it as she suspects, but in dark glee at the thought of yet another Pokemon to take control of and force to dance to it's dark tune.
Damn you Togepi.
Damn you.
She asks Poliwag if it knows where she can find Salpheo Weed, showing it the picture in The PokeDex. It smiles, nods, turns around and jumps into the water.
Misty can't understand what's going on, thinking that the Poliwag - which is found in areas where Salpheo Weed is grown which has now jumped into the clear lake where Salpheo Weed grows after being asked if it knows where Salpheo Weed is - is running away.
Man, it's true what they say about picking up your significant others traits, as Misty appears to be as thick as Ash in this case!
Well surprise, surprise, the Poliwag returned with the Salpheo Weed, and she calls out Staryu, which takes her down to the bottom of the lake where she picks more than enough Salpheo Weed for Ash and Tracey.
She starts heading of and Poliwag begins whining, which Misty thinks means it might want to play. When it continues whining and hanging around her, Misty still thinks it wants to play, until finally she comes up with the bright idea that maybe it could come along with her to see Ash and Tracey.
Geez Misty, you need to get back to Ash quick, he's the only one who could make you look bright about now! Back in the cabin, Ash and Tracey continue to groan while Pikachu anxiously awaits Misty's return. It leaps up into the window and looks about for the red-head, who as yet is nowhere near in sight.
Meanwhile, evil, evil Togepi has already broken Poliwag to it's control, forcing the poor thing to act as it's steed, riding on it's head and jumping up and down in cruel enforcement of it's new slave. Misty prattles on unconcerned over this, talking about how much Poliwag is going to enjoy meeting Ash, Tracey, Pikachu and all the other Pokemon that they have.
James and Meowth watch from the bushes, darkly confident in their new plan, which cannot fail because it's so brilliant. Never before in the history of the world has such a brilliant plan been devised, fiendish in it's intricacies and subtle in it's manipulative genius.
Misty walks by the picnic they've set up in the road, wonders briefly to herself who would leave such a fancy tea-set in the middle of the road, then walks on.
The next one is a bit harder to resist, lots and lots of free make-up. She begins to step forward, the ground beneath her feet giving slightly, then remembers that she has to help Ash and Tracey and heads on.
The camera pans madly across a series of decapitated Squirtle heads.

?

Don't ask us, they're there, just watch the episode.

She comes across the most scrumptious looking feast she's ever seen but keeps going, so the camera pans across a series of decapitated Psyduck heads.

?

Again, it's there, again, don't ask us.

She notes the two lovely dresses set up by the road and notes that whoever uses the road obviously has exquisite taste, then heads on again.
Meowth and James can't believe it! They put up everything that a goil could want and she didn't stop for any of it.
James notes that it might have been a mistake to put up things that Jesse would have fallen for while Meowth decides that the next trap will be set up a lot more deviously.
Hmmm, let's just note that these were things Jesse WOULD fall for, not hasn't fallen for. That means the make-up, the dresses, all were in the possession of another member of Team Rocket.
One with exquisite taste and a taste for cross-dressing.
Three guesses who.
Here's a clue, the answer is James.
Figure it out yet?
Misty is still prattling on when she comes across a Southern Belle with a pram. The woman looks quite fetching with her dark hair worn down, wearing a large sun hat and wiping at her eyes as she tells how her poor precious honey child (that would be Meowth, going goo goo ga ga) inhaled some Stun Spore from a Vileplume and hasn't been able to move one itty bitty muscle since, and worst of all, her sweet-pea can't smile!
She wishes she could find some Salpheo Weed so she could see her baby smile one, more, time!
With this James bursts into tears, his performance good enough to make him cry.
Unfortunately his acting was too good, as it fools Meowth as well and he sobs that they have to help that baby (himself!). This lets the cat out of the bag, so to speak, as Misty realises that she's being fooled.
Meowth leaps up as James growls and then notes that at least he fooled her.
"That's because you're a fool!" she snaps, cutting herself of before she could call him a very politically uncorrect word that also begins with f.
It rhymes with Taggart.
"Baby or not, prepare for trouble!" snaps Meowth.
"Lady or not, make it double!" adds James.
They go through the motto, Meowth filling in for Jesse's part, James still talking in his Southern Belle voice.
James looks very cute in his dress, but not as cute as Meowth in his fuzzy cap with little ears sewn on, awwwwwww, in't dat coot!
James rubs his make-up off of his face and thrusts his chest out manfully whilst still wearing his dress, as Meowth explains they need the Salpheo Weed to help their friend (friend, not girlfriend!) Jesse, and they're going to get it any way they can.
James calls out Weezing but Poliwag leaps into the way, getting tackled by the Pokemon that doesn't exist but returning with it's double slap attack, knocking Weezing (which never happened) into James and Meowth, knocking them onto the pram and over the side of the cliff.
Climbing back up painfully, they're shocked to spot some Salpheo Weed lying on the road-side, which Misty left them to give them a break.
After all, they may have been trying to trick her, but they were doing it with the best of intentions.
Meowth and James walk along, both crying with happiness as they talk about what a fine person Misty is.
"I must admit, that little red head is good as gold!" sobs James.
"Those two other twoirps are pretty lucky to have such a kind hearted, caring generous twoirp like her for a friend!" sniffs Meowth, as James nods and im-hmms.
Ah well, it's the thought that counts, I guess.
Misty arrives back at the cabin where an anxious Pikachu awaits, telling it that they better hurry and get it boiled up.
Pikachu nods and leaps back into the cabin, followed by Misty who boils up the potion, blows over the broth to cool it and gives it to Ash and Tracey, admonishing them to be careful, it's hot.
Ash smiles and thanks her, feeling his little twerp heart go bumpity-bumpity-boom at the sight of his saviour, while Tracey just says he knew he could count on her.
Watch it, Chubs, she's spoken for!
In contrast, the less affected Jesse is impatient for the potion to be ready, stamping her foot and petulantly demanding that James and Meowth hurry up.
"We're boiling it up as fast as we can!" snaps Meowth.
"The least you could do Jesse," snaps James, "Is be a little bit more appreciative."
Jesse lifts her nose up and tells them she appreciates what they're doing, but demands they do it a bit faster!
Following a quick pan of several hideously laughing Togepi (oh the horror, the horror!) we see Jesse stretching and smiling, saying that she's me again.
James and Meowth sigh in exhausted satisfaction, but Jesse really means it, she's her old self again and she's already got a plan.
If Misty was looking for Salpheo Weed by herself, it means the other two were affected by Stun Spore as well. This makes it the perfect opportunity to triple team Misty and get Pikachu.
James can't believe that she's plotting against one of the kids who helped make her better, but a dejected Meowth notes that that is their Jesse, keeping up the Team Rocket tradition.
Jesse herself has already noted that the two of them are obviously lost without her, accompanied by clutching the top of her buttocks and stretching her body about.
Let's just take a moment to picture that, shall we.
Ahhhhh. Anyway, Tracey and Ash are doing the same, which is sure to appeal to fewer people. Misty asks Ash how he feels, and Ash tells her he feels just fine, which of course is when Arbok smashes through the wall of the cabin and out the other side.
Just makes sense, right?
Pikachu, Ash (pulling on his jacket) Misty and Tracey charge outside in time to see Jesse standing waiting, while James and Meowth hide behind a rock.
Hehe.
Jesse thinks Ash is to stunned to battle, but Ash is too thick headed to actually let a little thing like short-term paralysis slow him down. As Jesse sends Arbok to attack yet again, Ash directs Pikachu to meet it.
Arbok uses it's Poison Sting attack, which Pikachu dodges easily, making Jesse leap angrily about, throwing a terminal wobbly, pitching her arms and legs about and proving that she's fully cured of her Stun Spore.
"Want to crawl underneath this rock?" James asks Meowth dejectedly.
"Yeah," moans Meowth.
"Why aren't you two helping me out here!" growls Jesse, clenching her fists glaring angrily at them as she realises that they're not helping her.
"Ahhh, we don't want to cramp your style?" offers Meowth after a moment.
Pikachu uses it's ThunderShock attack, knocking Arbok back into Jesse and slamming her into the ground.
She lies crumpled and crisped by Arbok, having been hit by the same ThunderShock, wondering if the Salpheo Weed Potion could cure that as well.
"I think what you really need, Jesse, is something that will cure you from a terminal case of ingratitude!" snaps James angrily at her, he and Meowth standing bravely over her now that she's too frazzled to fight back.
They scoop her and Arbok up and run away.
"Thanks again!" cries Meowth, "Uhhh, I mean we're blasting off again!"
"They keep getting weirder," mutters Ash, and Togepi laughs manically. The literal translation appears to be along these lines :

HAHA, foolish human boy, you should cherish and celebrate the diversity of your species, for when I, Togepi, rule all there shall be but one mind and all shall step to the tune of To-Gah-Pee! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!

Or something like that.
Misty notes that everyone seems to be recovered from the Stun Spore and Ash and Tracey both thank her.
Misty however, gives the credit to Poliwag and leans down to thank it as Ash decides for some bizarre reason to call it a team effort.
As she pets Poliwag and Togepi sits upon it's head, lording it up, the narrator talks some junk about how Misty earned respect and friendship and gratitude and all this good nonsense.
Ash, taking his queue, thanks Misty for being Super Nice (he's a mormon now apparently) to which Misty angrily tells him not to get used
to it.
Oh dear, Misty and Ash, when are you going to stop living in denial of the deep seated lust.... ehh, we mean love.... you have for each other?
When oh when?
Well, Misty might be learning, considering the way she seems to be checking out Ash's ass as he poses bravely in the wind as they head out to sea on Lapras, on their way to the Orange League.
Make of it, what you will.
