Anyway, dodginess wise, this features Jesse and James fantasizing about a wonderful place called Pinky Land where Jesse dresses as a Prince and James dresses as Scarlett O'Hara. (HIS CHOICE! HIS CHOICE!)
Lex especially liked this epsiode 'cause it was chock-full-o-Tracey!!!!
Unusual for American dubbing, Tracey, while studying the Rhyhorn uses the proper method of measuring, the metric system of metres and centimetres.
Hooray, hooray, metric system, hooray.
Ash is surprised at Tracey's abiltiy to get close to the Rhyhorn, which obvoiusly impresses Misty enough for her to hold on to him for safety when they are being charged at.
Scared of losing his firey red-haired temptress to another guy, Ash tries to win her over with his pre-pubescent machoness by appraoching the wild pokemon putting everyone at risk.
Ash, after being knocked for six by the Rhyhorn lands near Tracey and then is used as a human shield by the watcher when the pokemon charges for them.
Tracey gets all New Age over breathing like a pokemon and whilst talking with Officer Jenny, Tracey holds his hands in front of his crotch in the same feminine manner that Nurse Joy does and has a strange little smile on his face.
We think Chubby had a chubby!
And more for our James arguement, he is interested as to whether the pink Rhyhorn is "Shocking Pink or more of a Pale Pastel Pink". No devout self-respecting heterosexual male confesses to such extreme knowlegde of colour.
Professor Oak, obviously frustrated at Ash's constant telephoning, probably interupting the illegal moments he's trying to have with Mrs. Ketchum, asks straight fowardly if he has been arrested by Officer Jenny.
And James get's swallowed by Victribell, just before the bizarre performance of the Team Rocket motto with J&J dressed as a pink Tauros and pink Gengar respectively.
Hee hee. Lickitung is fat. He has to be pushed to move fast.
Oh, and Officer Jenny actually does something useful!?!
That's right, the lazy, surly and corrupt Officer Jenny captures a mad pink Nidoking after Togepi protects them with a forcefield (watch for Misty headbutting herself into unconsciousness earlier in the episode!) and leads Tracey into making some sketches of the blue haired wonder (if Ash had just looked a little further through the sketchbook, I think he would have found some more.... interesting sketches in there.
