HAHA! BABY BROCK!
Ash is captured in a simple trap by a distant relative of Brock's family (from the side of the family with open eyes, it seems) and his sister arrives and abuses him a little before Ash challanges her to a Pokemon battle.
Tracey does some sketching, but not of any Pokemon, rather of Baby Brock's big Sister, which leads Misty to act a little irritated... she's getting possesive all ready, poor Chubby.
They battle in a slightly different manner than usual, testing their Pokemon's skills (Seadra versus Squirtle) with their water abilities.
It results in a draw, of course, so Blastoise and Lapras race each other to settle things once and for all.
Before this can happen, Team Rocket - who have gotten hold of a Magikarp submarine somehow after falling from their blimp - arrive on the scene and James dramatically tells their story of survival via his heroic endeavors (they played Oddsies to see who would unwrap the seaweed from the propeller and James chose 0!!!!) and they then steal Blastoise.
Of course, Blastoise quickly escapes and Team Rocket find themselves blasting off again.
Ash has to surf on his Lapras and nearly falls several times before cheating by using Lapras' icebeam to slide to victory.
Gotta love that emotionally crippled ten year old.

"And how are Pikachu and Togepi doing?"
"Aah, I'm doing fine too, Professor Oak."
"Oh? And who might you be?"

"I wish I had an Coral Eye Badge. I should have challenged her myself.
"You have to be a good trainer to win one."
"WHAT DOES THAT MEAN!"
